The South Indian Community Trust works for the people of South India to:
- Relieve poverty, sickness and distress
- Advance education and training, particularly
amongst socially and economically disadvantaged young people.

Since we have been helping others to help themselves with sustainable projects defined and managed by our partners in South India. Needs are identified by local communities who also contribute their own time and resources to complete the projects. Our Trustees inspect progress regularly at their own expense to ensure that projects are properly managed and financially sound.

We operate mainly in Kerala State, where tea and rubber plantations have closed and there is no alternative work. Our focus is on helping those marginalised or in poverty because of their social status, tribal origins or health. In these remote areas, the care and development of young people through education and training is vital.

Our modest financial resources can achieve so much for needy village communities and everything that you give goes directly to those in need to make a real difference.
